DESCRIPTION OF CLASS: Calling all runners, spinners, constant- sitters, and never-quitters. Whether you’re training for a half-marathon, pushing weights, or stuck behind a desk all day, Y6 Restore classes are for you. These classes emphasize floor postures in a warmed room to stretch, open and release the major muscle groups of the entire body. Students who take this class regularly report fewer injuries, improved sleep, and reduced aches and pains.
SAFETY GUIDELINES: Students must bring their own mat, towels, and water. We have mats and towels available for purchase. Masks in the lobby are suggested, but not required. Masks are not needed once you are on your mat.
PARKING: Parking lot available. Located in front of Market District. Overflow parking at Market District.
WHAT TO BRING: Mat, water, towel (optional--for your mat and/or sweat).
