DESCRIPTION OF CLASS: Our strength sessions use Nubell weights, Alpha sandbags, and the TRX training system to build strength and tone muscle. Strength training contributes to improved bone density and promotes fat free body mass. Our strength session will help you get stronger, burn more calories, boost energy levels, and prevent disease.

SAFETY: We deep clean every day. Members are given disinfectant wipes to clean all items touched during the session. Staff uses disinfectant to wipe touch points after each session and throughout the day. Everyone wears a mask in the studio’s lobby, and the coach wears one in the training room. Everyone brings indoor-only shoes for use in the training room. The drinking fountain is only available for filling water bottles. To allow for 6 feet of social distancing, we are currently alternating which bikes/rowers/TRX bays are in use and we have specifically identified areas in our lobby to change into indoor shoes. In addition, our training room has bright green arrows on the floor to guide the flow of traffic and our TRX bays are clearly defined with bright green tape.

PARKING:
We are located on the west side of Carmel's Meijer (between Meijer and Pennsylvania St. Free parking lot.

WHAT TO BRING:
Water bottle, indoor shoes (for training room - change into them once in studio), small towel (if needed), and mask (for use in the studio’s lobby, before and after workout).
